A cat throws hilarious tantrum and attacks dad after realizing its favorite human is out of town

When a couple adopts a pet, they often expect to share equal love and affection from their furry friends. However, sometimes, these animals can form stronger bonds with just one partner. The love and loyalty between them grow so much that they become inseparable, and life without each other seems impossible. Something similar was witnessed when a man who goes by @hundredsofbeavins on TikTok shared a hilarious video, capturing their orange cat, Milo, throwing unbelievable tantrums over its mother being out of town.

In the video, the cat owner entered the kitchen to find their feline sitting on top of the fridge, refusing to budge from its place. "Milo, stop! I am going to put you back in jail. Stop! Get down!" the man spoke sternly while the cat sat there unbothered by its father's strict warning. Not only was Milo unbothered, but the cat also howled back at its owner, as if challenging him. Furthermore, when the man stepped closer to take the cat down from the fridge, Milo again let out a fierce howl—this time literally attacking him. In the end, however, Milo did get down from its place, running to another room, as if asking the man to chase it. Simultaneously, the overlay text on the screen, read, "Wife is out of town this week. I don't know what to do! Help!"
Meanwhile, reacting to Milo's TikTok video, @ryszardlizard commented, "Cat people are unbearable. I have a cat, but everyone has to tiptoe around them. Like, no, they can do wrong and should be reprimanded. You just don’t know how to do it effectively, and it’s okay." Similarly, @kate977770 wrote, "You can’t yell at cats. They aren’t trainable that way because they don’t care to please you. Just leave him alone and offer pets and love." @victoria_rochelle suggested, "Why don’t you try putting treats on the floor and petting him nicely, then putting something up there so he can’t sit there anymore till your wife is back!" @unheededprophet shared, "My cat does the same thing to everyone that isn’t me. He just may like her more than you and is having a hard time dealing with it, but instead of yelling at him, try a spray bottle so it’s less stressful for the both of you."

On the other hand, @weirdgirlwithcats, who seemed a little worried about Milo, wrote, "Look at his body language! He clearly is stressed and scared. He is giving you all the warnings, but you don't understand them or want to listen. Why are people so insistent on 'making their cats mind?'" @mc3271 commented, "Cats prey on emotion, probably fear in this case. He knows you’re scared of him and is messing with you. Be more confident." On a lighter note, @c8trus shared, "Just leave Milo alone; he knows how to take care of himself until Mama comes home. You're giving him anxiety." @nlalta wrote, "My boyfriend’s cat also treats me like this. She’s learned that I’m scared of her when she hisses. So that’s her go-to now." @mia commented, "Got to talk to Milo like a Black parent. Tell him you don’t give a d*** about his attitude and to stop crying before you give him something to cry about. Works like a charm."
