A shelter home puppy and adopter 'immediately chose' each other in the cutest video you'll see today

Adopting a dog is like finding a new best friend who is always excited to see you, no matter who you are and what you have to offer. It's a bond that begins the moment you lock eyes at the shelter home, a profound connection where dog and owner both choose each other, forming a companionship built on trust and loyalty. For Britt (@graham.britt on TikTok) and her husband, it was love at first sight when they met an adorable puppy, Moka, at a local animal shelter. However, the stray hold on the dog prevented the couple from adopting it immediately.

Notably, such animal rescue centers often delay puppy adoptions for a few days to give owners a chance to reclaim their lost pets. However, once the stray hold period concludes, the dogs are put up for adoption. After their first meeting, Britt and her husband could not stop thinking about making Moka a part of their little family. They were certain from the beginning that once the stray hold on the puppy was over, they would rush back to bring Moka home. In the wholesome TikTok video, when the dog saw Britt's husband who had come to adopt Moka, it leaped onto him in the blink of an eye.

With its tail continuously wagging, Moka tried to convince the couple to adopt it, totally unaware that Britt and her husband had returned to the shelter just for it. As the heartfelt scene unfolded on the screen, the onscreen text read, "When the shelter pup tries to convince you to take her home, but she does not know that you already cried the whole way there thinking about her..." Moreover, reflecting on the pure bond between her husband and Moka, Britt wrote, "They immediately chose each other," in the video caption. 

The TikTok video received an overwhelming response on the platform with several people resonating with the heartwarming clip of Moka and its owner.
