Corgi refuses to sit with owner on the flight. Instead, he insists on sitting on strangers laps

Traveling with pets can be a thrilling experience—until reality sets in. The journey you thought would be full of laughter and surprises can sometimes be filled with sheer embarrassment. One moment, your furball is curled up beside you, and the next, they are making best friends with a stranger—ignoring you completely. That's exactly what happened when Brady (@bradythecorgi on Instagram), an adorable Corgi, boarded the flight with his mother. The moment Brady stepped onto the plane, he made it his mission to befriend everyone on the flight, except his own mother.  The Instagram reel began with Brady's mom capturing his utter refusal to sit on her lap, opting instead to get cozy with complete strangers.

"He started at my feet, but then he'd make eye contact with the neighbors," she revealed. And, of course, the moment Brady locked eyes with passengers onboard, they would immediately insist that his mother bring him to sit on their laps, and she couldn't say no. Further, Brady's mother shared pictures of him comfortably sitting on strangers' laps as if they were his long-lost family members. "This happened with every single passenger I sat next to," the pet parent shared in the clip. But wait, as if the Corgi wasn't living his best life, he even had an entire seat on the flight. However, soon after the plane took off, Brady refused to sit with his mother. "He would only acknowledge me if I gave him a treat," the overlay text on the screen read. 

Meanwhile, reacting to the Instagram reel, @58cherries commented, "He’s like, 'I spend all day with you. Let me meet some new friends. You’re so clingy!'" Similarly, @chharviviijaysodhii revealed, "Okay. I don’t care how much the flight is costing me, but I need a seat with Brady!" On a lighter note, @infoigner wrote, "Dogs shouldn't be allowed on a plane unless they are on my lap or at least, their seat is next to me." @jacqueline_7922 commented, "It would be my honor to have this baby sit in my lap. Those people were so lucky!" @meanstreakmatt wrote, "He knows these people will probably never have a chance to pet him again. It’s now or never!" @danikoff17, who fell head-over-heels for Brady, shared, "I would trade a business seat for an economy one just to be his flight buddy!"

On the other hand, @kidd.mia, another dog owner who resonated with the video, revealed, "My Morkie is like this. You would think she hates me because of the way she acts around other people, ESPECIALLY on the airplane." @theresaguiden commented, "I think you could probably make money booking flights for him to be a companion!" @heavymetal_doofus asked, "Automatically the best flight ever in that scenario, who could possibly hate some Corgi time while flying? @angel_black7777 wrote, "I'm sure Brady was such a help to individuals who are scared of flying.....he is an undercover service dog." @andysac412 shared, "Let me know the next time you’re flying.
