Elephant has the most adorable reaction after hearing caregiver say his name during an interview

It's incredible how animals have an uncanny ability to form strong bonds with certain humans, especially the ones who look after them. Just like us, they often recognize and react to their names being called. This instant heartwarming response shows how connected certain animals are with their identity that their humans reward them with. No matter what they are doing or how far they are, one call by their favorite human and they would come running to them. On this note, say hello to Shavo, an exceptional elephant who loves his caretaker like anything. In a heartwarming video, posted on Black Bean Productions' (@blackbeanproductions) official Instagram page, a little glimpse of their pure relationship left people in awe.

In an interview, Shavo's caretaker was talking about how the young elephant is too attached to its name. He revealed that only when the giant jumbo hears his name, does it understand that someone is calling him. "But if you don't know his name, he can't even hear you," the caretaker added. That's it, Shavo who was moving around at a distance from the caretaker, heard his name being called and instantly rushed towards his favorite human companion. Not only did the elephant come near the caretaker, but he also showered a lot of affectionate wet kisses on him, proving that love knows no boundaries.
The playful tusker was also captured gently nudging its caretaker as if asking him to leave the interview right away and give it the much-deserved attention. Looking at their precious bond, someone in the background spoke, "I think he really loves you!" The caretaker too equally responded to his adorable four-legged baby's demand for attention as he broke into uncontrollable laughter. Revealing more about the sweet incident, the page admin shared, "A young elephant interrupts an interview in progress—such a heartwarming and beautifully natural moment captured while talking to a dedicated caretaker working at @herd_elephants," in the video caption.

Meanwhile, reacting to the wholesome Instagram reel, @peachesmcgee67 commented, "I love this so much! Thanks for documenting this and sharing this moment of joy!" Similarly, @jesse_j_hutchings wrote, "Elephants love their caretakers!" @happybuddhaforeva praised the kind caretaker and commented, "This man is an angel!" On the other hand, @laviedepraerie, who was moved by Shavo's heartfelt video, commented, "I can watch this over and over, so lovely!"

Elephants are undoubtedly super intelligent. Although they look scary, not all of them mean harm. In a similar story, a 40-year-old wild elephant named Raja from Sri Lanka has gained worldwide attention for being a self-appointed road tax collector. Yes, that's right! In a viral video, captured by BBC, the elephant was seen standing by the roadside, patiently waiting for the commuters. The outlet revealed that every time he spots a vehicle, Raja would stop them midway, and only after receiving some food, he would rightfully let them pass. Notably, locals who are aware of Raja's presence would often carry fruits just so that he can let them pass. Moreover, the wild elephant reportedly had been a regular sight on the highway for longer than any of his other counterparts. In fact, every morning at 6 am, Raja would greet people on the roadside, without a miss.
