Golden Retriever's excitement after going to ice-skating rink for the first time is melting our hearts

Who says there's anything more delightful than watching your furry companion embrace life's adventures? Whether diving into the water or sliding across the ice, their happiness is simply contagious! On a related note, an irresistibly adorable Golden Retriever, Pancake (@it_is_a_pancake_life on Instagram), experiencing his first-ever "ice-skating" is an absolute delight to watch!

With over 90 million views, the Instagram reel captured the heartwarming moment when Pancake, freed from his leash, dashed toward his canine friends, excited to try ice skating for the first time. Unsure of how to walk on the ice, the golden retriever began crawling instead, his tail wagging continuously as he enjoyed this thrilling new experience. "Pancake ice skating is such a mood," the dog owner wrote in the video caption. However, the moment a mascot dressed in a dog costume approached, Pancake immediately stood on his paws and ran away as if he'd seen a ghost. 

Meanwhile, reacting to the now-viral video, @morpheus commented, "DO NOT DO THIS! Your dog will become a pro hockey player and take over the whole hockey scene." Similarly, @patricejensen asked, "Am I the only one seeing a happy dog rolling around and loving the cold on his belly?" @kylie wrote, "Imagine if we humans would just show all our happy and loving emotions freely like this pup!
